These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of vantiscleaning.com (the "Site") and to the Vantis Commercial Cleaning text messaging program described below. The Site is operated by Vantis Cleaning LLC, doing business as Vantis Commercial Cleaning ("Vantis," "we," "us"). By using the Site or texting with us, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about our services. Content on the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Descriptions of services are informational; the scope, schedule, and price of any cleaning services are set only by a written proposal or service agreement between Vantis and the customer.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Program. Vantis Commercial Cleaning uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their inquiries and service — for example, responses to your questions, quote follow-ups, walkthrough scheduling, and service updates.
Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages from us when you text us first, or when you provide us your mobile number by phone, email, or in person in connection with a quote or service and agree to be contacted by text.
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and service.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
- Get help by replying HELP to any message, emailing info@vantiscleaning.com, or calling (865) 500-2712.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Intellectual property
The Vantis name, wordmark, and the content of this Site belong to Vantis Cleaning LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the latest update.
